to the conference within a six month window.

are relevant and will be open for submission. The committee
will also be responsible for assisting in finding out-of-state
judges and developing judging rules and regulations. The
designer on the committee will be responsible for putting
together the Charlie Awards presentation for the banquet.
FMA

next year, changing up the way that it is done and reconstruct
the application and rules of the competition.
